Compassionate Behavioral Health Support

Rooted in Experience and Integrity

BetterCare Wellness brings accessible, person-centered counseling directly into senior living communities across the Charlotte Metro area.

Transforming mental healthcare

We founded BetterCare Wellness with the purpose of transforming behavioral health for seniors. The need for mental health services among older adults is significant, and access to care within senior living communities is limited. With backgrounds in senior living and behavioral health, our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to older adults in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing communities.

We believe every individual deserves meaningful connection, emotional support, and skilled care. We support residents as they navigate life transitions, including the complex emotions of depression, anxiety, chronic illness, loneliness, and grief.

Our philosophy

We believe in a person-centered approach built on trust, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s life story. Every interaction is grounded in understanding, empathy, and professionalism.

Compassionate Support

We meet each senior with patience, kindness, and a genuine commitment to their emotional well-being.

Collaborative Partnerships

We work closely with senior living teams, healthcare providers, and families to ensure care is connected and seamless.

Accessible Services

We offer flexible on-site and virtual support to reduce barriers and create a more comfortable experience.
